Information we collect
We collect the information you provide in your application, profile and consultations, together with verification documents you choose to submit. We do not purchase data and we do not accept members introduced by data brokers.
How your information is used
Your information is used solely to assess your application, verify your identity and marital status, and prepare introductions. Matchmaker notes are internal and never shared with other members.
Public visibility
Nothing is published without your explicit consent. Public profiles show only the fields you have approved. Private photographs, documents, contact details and family information are never publicly visible.
Storage and security
Documents and private photographs are held in encrypted private storage with row-level access controls. Only the matchmakers assigned to you and authorised administrators can access them.
Sharing with other members
Details are released to another member only where both parties have consented to an introduction, and only to the extent required for that introduction.
Retention
We retain member records for as long as your membership is active and for a limited period afterwards for legal and safeguarding reasons. You may request deletion at any time from your dashboard.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, withdraw consent for public visibility, or request that your profile be made confidential. Write to private@nikahcity.com.
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to secure the platform. We do not run advertising trackers.
